Bench Top Bandsaws

What are benchtop bandsaws? They are the smallest of the power tools and it can be mounted on a work table, a cabinet, a stand or on your shop-made stand. These benchtop bandsaws are lightweight with a wheel diameter of 8” to 12”. However, these bandsaws are made for moderate to small projects. You can have these kinds of bandsaws for small workshops.

The main feature for this type of bandsaw is that the motor is mounted directly to the unit and there’s no belt system under the table and with its lightweight and small size, there are no exceptions like the 12” jet and 14” shop fox.
